What changes between chains
- Vaccine brand stocked. Some chains carry Boostrix (GSK), some carry Adacel (Sanofi); ACIP considers them interchangeable for Tdap. Td brand (Tenivac vs Tdvax) similarly varies.
- Administration fee. Some chains break this out separately on the receipt; some bundle it into the headline price. Coupons rarely cover it.
- Scheduling flow. Walk-in is universal at major chains; online scheduling is also available almost everywhere.
